Having not been familar with Palm Springs we feel Dan and Debbi took the time and patience to inform us about the different neighborhoods . We then could make an informed decision about our new home purchase. Now that we have spent time in our new home we could not been happier with our decision and their guidance. When it came time to make an offer and the negotiation process we felt they really were looking out for our best interest. I know we were not the easiest clients to work with but Dan and Debbi really helped to keep us focused on our priorities and ultimately the right home. We would highly recommend them.
